Mary Kerr, author of the book “A Mountain Love Affair: The Story of Mad River Glen”, will be speaking at the Warren Public Library on Sunday, March 7th at 2PM. Besides spotlighting some Valley personalities, Kerr’s book tells the story of many dedicated people who maintained one man’s vision to offer mountain skiing experiences more for recreation than profit. She will also talk about the various aspects of her life as a Mad River Valley resident. This presentation is free and open to the public of all ages, but we do suggest seat reservations. Please call the Warren Library (496-3913) or Gail Hietzker (583-1935) for seat reservations and/or additional information. A reception will start at 1:30PM and Kerr will speak from 2-3PM.
